I have been quite a few times to Pipeworks, in all the times I have been I have only once seen someone 'dressed'. She was wearing stockings, suspenders, knickers and a bra. We had some fun, but I didn't actually ask if she had come from the changing room dressed or if she had entered a booth before dressing.
I think they have changed now, you can pay a bit extra and get a private cabin instead of using the communal changing rooms, which I'd guess is a little better for dressing up in. |
