"I'm still sticking to it, have missed 1 day and struggled on 1 min 40 yesterday but I've lost almost 2 inches from my waist so most definitely going to keep going. No pain, no gain as they say "
Well done, can always repeat a day if you are struggling. I didn't lose anything off my string this week, too much chocolate and a Chinese I'm guessing oops but still managing to increase my time so that's something! |

1:55 today, ouch
Try using your fists rather than spreading your hands out, much less pressure on wrists but same level of intensity..... |

I've only just hit day 5 tonight at 50sec as I thought you started at 30 doing it once a day but might try twice a day if I keep waking up in the mornings |

Used to be able to do it with elegance and ease. 35 years on I’d give it a bash but the explaining 2 dislocated elbows and carpet burns on nose might prove problematic. |

I do headstands now lol its so easy to do put your forearms on the floor and clasp your hands lightly together place your head in the corner of your wrists and you get zero pressure on your head I learned this at pole dancing to practice reversing up the pole the last time I did a handstand I was full of painkillers and was showing the weans how to do it and went crashing through their fitted wardrobes and really hurt my neck you heard something sound. Like it cracked and my neck swelled to twice its size took 4 weeks for the swelling to go down didn't feel any pain though because I'd been in a car accident two months previous and I was on so many drugs at the time I was falling asleep on the stairs in the loo lol

Day 28 for me, yay I reached the end
2 mins 10 secs today and just over 2 inches off my waist so happy with that. Might try keep it going for a while rather than give up completely like I did last year |

I'm going to keep it going, I've reached 1min 55 stuck to a few of the times for couple of days. But with my 3-5 miles a day walking and some days doing plank twice I've lost 2.5 inches off my waist so far |

"Comfortably down a Jean size, and I was a late starter.
Also, I've noticed if I tilt my pelvis forward, it's tougher but more effective.
Going to keep going. My app has 4 levels! "
Yup as does squeezing the glutinous maximus or the pelvic floor for the ladies,
For me though it's my neck and shoulders I'm. Feeling the most strain as this is where I've got a long term Injury, trying to use the shaker in between to build the muscles up but so far 3 days into doing it twice a day now and recorded my first set of measurements all over since starting and I've lost more than a few inches in various locations |

"Morning All!
What's Feb's challenge?
I'm going to keep going with planking.
Adding up press-ups, and need to find an app for abs/sit-ups.
Anyone else?"
There was a similar challenge for squats a year or two ago working up to 100 a day I think. |

I'm keeping up the planking 2mins 15 sec twice a day, my 3-5 miles daily walk and have added some sit ups this weekend and leg raiser to help with toning. Looking to see what else I can do to tone this tummy of mine |

Pilates has been great for a number of things, toning, injury prevention, general overall good posture alleviating all sorts of back, neck, shoulder pain. |

Got up to 3 mins planking then stopped lol
Just recently started doing situps and press ups - increasing by 5 each day - same idea. No problems increasing sit ups - press ups on the other hand.... |
