Yes us woman know lol I have to have coconut oil and it's just pleasure no pain  however not advised if using condom. There are lubes out there and first time is always harder. Maybe invest in some toys to get the muscles relaxing a bit more.  |

I'd say yeah start small, fingers first. You also have to tell your muscles to completely relax. Lots of lube. I'd say its something that takes time to work up to so yes dont rush. You obviously weren't ready x |
