I’ve always got a smile on my face and a happy nature but I reckon it might be to do with this bottle of red wine I’m drinking

Looking forward to lighter days myself, being dark at 3:30pm is horrible.

Here's to getting by the first week of Jan without being grumpy

I'm very grumpy at the moment.

Cold and dark days, plus having the lurgy has made me feel very miserable.

We defo need vitamin d from the lovely sun we barely get. I tend to boost with yeast ( b12 vitamins and caffeine) and separate vit d or I head for quick 4 mins in sunbed just for energy. Lol

Cold and dark days are not my friend either.

Not many things make me grumpy for more than 5 or 10 minutes. Life's too short
