And they aren't just on fab..
They are everywhere. Today at work one thought he would demonstrate superiority by behaving like one towards me.
Why do people do this?! |

I work in hospitality and have to deal with multiple arseholes daily.
They need to remember that without me and people like me, they'd have to take their own lunch to work.
I might not be a lawyer, a nurse or any other 'important' job title, but I work hard for shitty minimum wage to pay my mortgage and feed & clothe my weans.
People who like to show their power are the ones with the problem as far as I'm concerned. But they've always got the furthest to fall.

I can only begin to imagine.
I'll stick with the arseholes I have to deal with.
That said, I've had to get in between a few fights. That was enough to stop all but one of them. As for that one, I just had to let it play out the way it went x |

Can't agree more, so many people have lost sight of reality and think they are better than everyone else. But on the plus side there is still a heap of good folk out there. |

I was a manager of a big well known transport company and never once did I speak down to anyone or disrespect them, female managing 100's of men, fleets etc.... Always believe everyone needs boosted, respected and i always treated people how I want to be treated. Fired only one guy in the 5 yrs due to him being a risk to public and other road users but I offered him the company support advice service in order to get him into another position desk job u til he was sorted .
I wouldn't work for any dickheads, if there's no respect for me they can find someone else to do the job.
We only on this earth once and no one has right to pull you down.

Its because we have become a land of dickheads.... no a world of dickheads.
When dickheads (which i believe is a polite way to refer to them) are able to become leaders of countries like ours it gives off two signals.
1) the world has gone mad and people are prepared to beliece anyone provided they say it with enough confidence and come out fighting and denying everything when they are consistently found put for being a dickhead
2) it encourages the people with dickhead tendencies in every day society. They think that there is proof that being a dickhead actually works.
I blane it on everytging beconing too pc. We probably ahouldnt even be referring to them as dickheads.... they have proba ly come up with a new name for dickheads.... like... 'the all powerful ones' |

Welcome to my world OP! I lost three jobs last year because of dickheads. The first of which I had been there for six and a half years and the dickhead in question decided to push me out as the company was struggling. Fekn jumped up little twats like that don't deserve us. Unfortunately came across more in the other two jobs too so I just reported them and left them in the lurch! Don't take any crap from these people, I don't. It's not a nice feeling being treated like shit after being a loyal employee to a company  x |
