Stirling uni gym is well equipped, if you can use that? You'll find other ok enough places round there, though and - unless you're pretty strong already - most will have equipment that will be fine for getting started with. Maybe try a couple of free trials? If you're wanting more specific recommendations, maybe say more about what you're after - a powerlifting gym with loads of weights...somewhere with good cardio machines and classes... somewhere with a pool...
The main thing is to get into the habit of regular exercise! A gym partner to encourage you is a good idea (I can't help with that ). Hope you find somewhere you like! |

There's a Pure Gym in Stirling. All pure gyms are open 24/7 with loads of equipment. Plus because it's January there will most likely be no joining fee. |
