It isn't selfish at all. I took up Yoga and that bit of me time has been so beneficial to me and in turn the ones I care about.
Also saying on occasions does them good as well as it fosters self reliance on their part.

Sounds good, i once done that in May before a holiday in June. January may be tricky though due to ice/snow under foot but best of luck.

Treadmill at the gym is my backup plan for the adverse weather. It is a ridiculous month to do it in as my first one will be after Hogmanay and it’s also my birthday in January....but I welcome the challenge  |

I plan on having no chocolate in January, my Costa points may suffer but hopefully my scales will show an improvement.
I’m hoping to do more walking this year.
Have lots of fun with my Fab friends in 2020. |

Lower my carbon footprint and play more golf and go fishing more often.
Also i would like to squeeze in cycling aswell as hill walking.
Eat more veg and fish.
I could go on all day here

I’m sure your unicorn is out there waiting for you but finding more of you will be key to finding the right unicorn. I started accepting more of me a couple of years ago and the journey has been amazing and am hoping 2020 is the best yet
