When do you decide to block? What's the criteria? Wife says I block too often.
My usual approach is if I send a message and it's been read but not replied to within 48 hours it's an auto block from me. |

I block immediately if the message is disrespectful. I also block when I receive multiple messages from the same user when I haven’t replied or already said “no thanks”.

if people are just being idiots I block.
If they are abusive I block.
If they are not people I wish to be associated with I block.

Pretty much the same as me. I understand women and couples receive masses of mail but usually a 72hr limit then I block. If my considered message with face pic attached isn't worthy of a reply in a sea of one line messages with dick pics then it's never going to progress. I also block when it's a thanks but no thanks from either party. |

We blocked one last night that never had a single pic on their profile after sending us a message asking for a pic of us. Accused us of being pic collectors because we asked them to send theirs first! Unbelievable.
We normally block gobby, pushy types. |

Hubby blocked a couple last night who messaged months ago wanting to Skype and told them no we don't do Skype or cam , they don't do pics only Skype and cam but wanting pics of us I said no as they've been on a year no veris, no pictures, anyway messaged again last night asking if we do Skype, I said I've already told you few months ago numerous times, firstly the wife is never on chatting and secondly no to Skype and cam, 3 thirdly no veris no pics to prove u nit fake. Sound fishy to have him come back saying but would u consider just to see we are real. I said no!! . I stated We share pic with couples with pic then chose to meet for social or at cjs that's it. " he came back are you sure. So hubby blocked, some people just can't respect peoples answers. Was probably a guy. |

Unblocked a few folk who were blocked too hastily when we first joined.
Now I block for being obnoxious, talking shite and boring or if I don't trust them.
One guy made a "joke" about me sleeping with my son in our bed when he was ill. On what planet does anyone think that's going to be interpreted as humorous in any way? |

I block for various reasons including if someone is rude, offensive, obnoxious, arrogant and/or cocky. The list goes on.

I think it’s only reasonable to block people if they are being abusive or harassing. Otherwise to block someone without any real justification is both rude and insensitive. Hardly an attractive trait. However, the types that are likely to behave like this are more often than not, doing someone else a favour by severing contact. I’m sure it all gets very Jeremy Kyle on here on a minute to minute basis. |

We usually block if anyone is rude or being aggressive and not even reading our profile !!!
But others do block us aswell unknown reason why but hey hoo doesn’t bother us everyone has likes and dislikes
