Im more alive in the summer when i finish work. Especially when the sun is shining and the birds have bn singing since 3am. Winter is a killer.

Don't think I would ever describe myself as fresh after a night shift but agree that winter is crap, I don't like not seeing daylight!

Yes i am struggling these days. Dr blames the menopause."

Never had a problem till a few years ago but it was horrible lucky if I slept for 2 or 3 hrs between nights so by time I’d done 3 or 4 in a row I was ill

I work 12 hour shifts and tend to find the nightshifts easier than the dayshifts. Maybe I'm just a bit weird

Used to do nights shifts for a few years and it takes its toll on you physically and mentally.

Never enough sleep for the week and body clock all over the shop.

That said, I have some great memories of inviting a FB over and spending the last of my energy with them and falling asleep.

I'm on permanent nights.. An the last few nyts as not been pleasant.. Say to least. Be nice to chat with some females to the wee small hours
