Xmas Party Night Countdown

Hi folks,
With only 6 days to go here's a little update for all those attending.
• There will be a message sent on Thursday morning around 7am giving you the venue details.
• Your arrival time is 7pm for dinner at 7.30pm sharp, but feel free to come earlier as we will be there from 6.30pm.
• The seating plan is open but if you wish to sit beside friends please arrive together, and we strongly advise as early as possible to guarantee this as seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
A few people mentioned us holding a raffle. Many thanks for all offers of donations but there will not be one on the night. Hopefully no one will be leaving disappointed though.
We are grateful and overwhelmed by the support shown by everyone, so we are looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones on Friday night.

So, the long awaited day is here at last. An early start for us with last minute preparations. We hope you are all ready for the Red Carpet Glitz and Glam Xmas Party Night. Both of us are looking forward to seeing the ladies in their glitzy dresses and the men cutting a dash in their evening wear.

We just paid in the wrong one  hotel told us to move our car from asda and park in one across from next xx "
Im sure asda is only a 3hr stay anyway with fines imposed if your over that time limit |

What a great night it was great to see friends i had not seen i a while. The work that must have went to orgainizing this event was amazing , how they managed with pressents free drinks and a meal etc on the little we paid its very impressive thanks again |

To all you lovely people who attended our Xmas Party last night. Thanks for your comments saying how much you enjoyed yourselves, we did too. Although we had a few hiccups, the support you showed during it was appreciated. We look forward to seeing you all at some point in the future. Thanks again for all your comments and private messages saying how much you enjoyed your night. It makes it all worthwhile for us.
We'd like to pass on a message from the DJ when we were speaking to him at the end of the night. He said in 30 years he's never known such a friendly and welcoming group and we're lucky to have such lovely friends. How right he is, if only he knew, eh?

Hi - how do you go about potentially getting an invite to future events like this one was? It sounds very civilised and a nice way to meet people. I tried messaging you directly but as we’re a couple, it couldn’t be sent to your solo account. You must have it filtered to just men.
