So it’s came to that time of year when when house holds are split friendships are tested and couples reach breaking point by the biggest question of them all, Die Hard a Christmas movie or not?

For me it’s a yes where do you sit?

Hubby says it's not lol, might be showing at Xmas times, in Xmas setting, Xmas decorations the lot but it was first relased in February 1988 /89 with no intentions of it being shown at an earlier date ie at Xmas, He's such a movie boff

I say Gremlins however is a Xmas movie, released December 84, little gismo was a Xmas pressie ahh, Xmas setting, families getting mawled by evil gremlin offspring released just in time to scare kids off to bed so mummy's and daddy's can wrap pressies , (better not get up incase the Gremlins get you)

The only true sequel though would be the 2nd one as that was at Christmas the rest would be like most of the Terminator movies and be their own stand alone ones as apart from vengeance there’s no connection between the rest lol

Or alternatively you could think of it as guy trying to rekindle his marriage but ends up saving her and her friends and in the end the drive off into the sunset
