I've never liked the term playmate and fuck buddy is even worse. Friends with benefits is much nicer and seeing someone regularly not just for the benefits but socially too is lovely. It builds a real friendship especially if you've been seeing that person for a while  x |

Fwb or fuxk buddy generally the two terms I use
When referring to no strings and I have been known to also have the odd booty call lol
Booty call - I’m not even going to talk about those lol they’re the dirty secrets
Fuxk buddy - they’ll get a mention in conversation but I won’t actively go out my way to socialise with them
Fwb - go on dates and won’t always end in sex, happy to spend an entire weekend together and even introduce them to people
