Ive just had the flu jab for the 1st time as Im always ill around the festive period but after a three day stay in hospital with pneumonia in sept I wasnt going to take any chances so jumped at the chance when my gp offered me the flu jab |

I woke this morning feeling great. Went shopping, had to rush home to Docs. I could hardly breath, chest was tight. Into nurse running temp 38.7 put on nebuliser for 30mins. Severe chest infection that triggered my asthma. (chest is 40H so this ain't a wee infection.) lol. X Steroids and antibiotics. Xx was hoping to return to having fun this week. ?????? |

I know I wasnt offerd it even after having pneumonia I wasnt in the criteria for any of them but after a visit to my gp he offered me the flu jab as a one off . |
