I had a proper crush on the admin in my office, around 45 she was. Innocent lady next door type. Every now and then she’d make a flirty comment and it drove me crazy.
Played it safe though and never ever gave any inkling that I liked her  |

I dont any women in my work but used to work with females and nothing wrong with a perv. Any women saying they havent looked at men the work with are talking crap lol |

Whether it's male or female doing it regardless of what you call it we all do it and if we don't do it every day then we do it most days (not just in the office/work environment but even out in the street or in shops etc) it's what's called human nature |
