Chairty Ayrshire Social - New - 13 July 2012

We are making this official that this social is for charity - we have decided to donate all monies to Click Sargent in Prestwick as we like to keep it local.
Event will be in Ayr at a really nice venue with plenty of room for everyone. We are going posh some would say lol.
Friday Night - Staring Jesse Garron , buffet hot and cold.
Sat night - BBQ at ours for those that want to come along.
Raffle and or Auction - not yet decided.
one of the prizes is a meal for two.
Cost for this is only £10 per person - all monies to be paid by paypal and no names will be taken till money paid.
If you need hotels there are loads in the area but the travel lodge or holdiay inn or station hotel are prob the nearest. Or mail us if you want more details.
We are also organising ten pin bowling and laser quest for sat afternoon. This is £11 per person and includes either one game of bowling and one of laser quest or two of bowling and a meal.

We really want this to be a great sucess for all - that is all fab ppl and also for the charity. So come on we defo need ppl to pay and get booked for a great turn out.

Paypal only takes a few minutes to set up and it so handy. We never had one either till we started doing socials last year. All our socials we have given something to charity - did crossroads first, last one was ayrshrie hospice - money still to be sent just waiting till next week for puck and then this one is click sargent we try to keep them local to ayrshire and costs low so ppl can come but this one is goig to be fantastic xx |

Change of details everyone - We are no longer having Jesse Garron although he is brill he is very very expensive and after a lot of thought we have decided to use someone else who is also really good but as it is for charity we thought what Jesse was asking we just could not warrent that amount of money when the charity could use it more. We also had the worry that we would not cover our costs if enough people did not turn up. We do hope that you all agree. It is goig to be a brill night for those that want to attend.
No stairs this time but yep a ramp. So anyone with a problem with stairs please dont let it put you off this time. |

We have decided that since no one has paid yet we are going use a dj and not a band this will enable us to drop the price to £6 as we felt that £10 was maybe too much for some ppl. Hope this encourages more ppl to attend and have a great evening xx |

Everyone mailled again.
Can we please just remind people that a social is just that a social and there can be no playing at the venue. This is the case with all socials. Any fun/play happens after the event at any parties that are on or at someones house or hotel room. Or even at another time it is a chance to get to know ppl to see if you want to take things further and to meet old and make new friends. |

Just so everyone knows - the actual venue details will be going out just a few days before the event eg tues 10th.

Just a reminder to ppl as i think it has got lost on here somewhere - we are now having a dj disco a we normally do as getting the live music was just not going to work out with the numbers we have also been able to reduce the cost to £6 per head which a lot of ppl find is easier to find in these hard times |
