Totally agree , but where you have competition in regards to the percentage female to male sadly there will always be that aspect , , from a male point of view I think too many..
1 don’t apppreciate the volume of mail ladies get and gild the lily in desperation...
2. If they’re not the most confident , flowery and expansive verifications make them take that step .. I think there’s a lot to be said for verifications to have drop boxes 1-5 , never again to locking him /her in a cellar to keep |
