Hello folks, looking for a gym buddy in Glasgow. Currently I would use pure gym at Charing Cross but open to other gyms.

Needing a male or female to team up with for once or twice a week work out. Not hugely fit so someone on the same wave length.

Hope to hear back from some people, cheers

Rob

A good place to start is Scott Herman in YouTube buddy, easily the best starting point for tips and workout plans. His accent is a bit OTT and if you can get passed the cheesy nature of the YouTube attention seeking they all need to do to get in the wages, he’s brilliant.

All the best in finding a workout chum man, I gym it alone in Aberdeen but would have happily buddied up to get you started

I use YouTube as well, but the Body Coach.

Also for the gym, download BodySpace app. Tell you exactly what to do when you go. And if your not sure what to do, it gives you videos that demo
