Thankfully my nightshift are back to being 1 a week (for now anyway).

I was on them for 3 weeks and genuinely don't know how you guys do it all the time.

I was knackered and so run down by the end of it, so well done to you all.

Yeah i get use to it. Takes a day or 2 to get back into normality after i only do them

1 week out of 3 tho so not to bad x

A week I could do. But the 3 was tough.

Doesn't really help that I can't really sleep during the day. I was getting 3-4 hrs most days and that was it x
