The trend at the moment is for a short, well groomed beard.
Often we see in profiles "No Beards" (men and women) but do beards put you off, do you like them or are you not bothered either way? |

I’m not a fan of them tbh much prefer clean shaven but if it’s trimmed short and well kept I could put up
With it but I don’t find it particularly attractive I actually have always had a fear of men with beards since I was a kid |

I thought you'd like a wee snack to boost yer energy half way through... Maybe leave a curly wurly in for ya. |

As beard owner myself I understand you need to maintain your face garden, S mine has got this long I need to make sure I have a quick wash after eating, but this is just basic hygiene in my opinion. Its each to their own if someone doesnt like beards then it does not bother me in the slightest, I keep my beard for my pleasure not someone elses |

Just trimmed mine tonight....and moisturised, balmed, oiled, brushed, combed.....
Jeez...it’s a lot of hard work...especially when about 50% of population don’t like the look of them haha
Polarising |

"I tend to use my short beard to give a whole new sensation to a lady seems to work well.
Should you not change your name to Fanny Tickler then?"
My Hubs has a clean, short and well groomed beard. We call it is ‘Pussy Brush’ - the sensation is amazing!!!!! |

Hubby used to always be clean shaven then one day he decided to grow it in see how it looked. I loved it but he got fed up of it and decided it was coming off, our daughter of 3 at the time never spoke to him for few days so he grew it in again, 3 yrs on still has nicely trimmed beard.
Not too keen on big beards on hubby prefer nicely trimmed, so I need to make sure I maintain his beard the way I like it but it wouldn't put me off a person who had one if they were really nice looking & friendly.

I'm in the same boat.
Grew a beard just before child number 2 arrived. Now neither of them will allow me to shave it off (and tell me I'm to let it grow).
Ten years! Ten years of a beard! |

I end up looking like an scruffy Arab when I grow a beard.
So for the passed couple years it has been not much longer than stubble. Shapes my face better and hides the baby face |

"I keep my beard for my pleasure not someone elses"
Well said, my good man...... . Also because my wife would slaughter me where I stood if I shaved mine off.
My beard is fairly short by comparison to many; I tried growing it out a bit but it just didn’t suit me.
Nice to know there are a few supporters of them here and we’re not considered complete lepers! |
