You meet a lass or dude on a swingers site or hell just a random hook up at a bar then precautions should be taken regardless... if you develop a trusting relationship with someone some precautions could be dropped...

I allways ask about sexual health before i meet anyone most are ok with it and dont mind being asked but its somthing most people dont think of when there getting or giving oral |

I’d say it’s a medium risk, getting regular check ups and being fussy and asking the questions about folks sexual habits and sexual health check ups is a good way of minimising the risks |

The only way to truly be safe is to be celibate.
We all take risks in life and it’s down to the individual on how big their risks are.
