I'm 45....look it first thing in the morning but with a bit of slap and my hair sorted I'm closer to 40....I think 
Seems silly to lie. Not like you're not going to get found out.
Yes, I've had guys admit they added or deducted years to try and get to a particular female they liked. |

I’m honest about mine but had a coffee with a lady recently who said she was late forties but clearly she misspelled fifties.
If women suddenly develop a fetish for the old guy from UP I will be quids in until then ....

no sure if this is right or not but once you fill in your profile with age ect the number does not change with the years. |

I’m honest about my age even though I know I could easily shave a bit off. I have met clear liars though and it drives me bonkers. Makes me quite angry actually as my time is pretty limited so I hate having my time wasted. I met someone a few months ago who’s pictures also were easily 15 or more years old.
Why do that and humiliate yourself? I’m not going to magically sleep with after you lie about something so basic |

I'm 46.
Just yesterday I had 3 guys all lie about their age then questioned on it they admitted they lied.
I honestly do not see the point in lying as maybe you think you look younger than you are but chances are no one else does. |

I think most look their real age, give or take a year or 2 at the most. So if they're stretching the truth a wee bit it's not really a big deal.
If folk think they can pass for anything up to 5 years younger, I'd say they're probably a tad deluded |

Would anyone really be able to tell +/- 5 years if someone is 50 years old ?
Compare Paul Gascoigne and Brad Pitt. Brad is 3 years older but has looked after himself. It’s not so much about age but how tough their paper round has been . |

This in spades. Also sometimes people are genetically lucky. My mum and grandmother looked much younger as do I. Nobody has ever put me over 40 yet but it’ll happen sometime no doubt

My birth year is correct, I just put the wrong month in and can't be arsed changing it.
A few guys I've met have been extremely economical with their age. A guy down in Ayrshire, for example, had knocked about 13/14 years off his true age on the last profile of his I saw. |

I'm honest about my age, I may be a little slow updating it around my birthday in the text on profile but otherwise it's accurate.
Have met a couple where they used the female halfs age for both but the guy was a good but older, disclosed this about halfway through the social. They were nice and we were getting along so didn't really bother me but I did say they should be honest. After the fact it did annoy me a little the more I thought about it. Not to the point I was put off meeting them again though. |

We are honest, don't get the point in lying about it. Would rather get to know people on an honest platform. I don't think it matters until you see people face to face and get to make their personality. They may look/act younger or vice versa. Age is overrated. It annoys me when folk lie about it. X |

I'm 42 and was called a liar because there's no way I'm 42 , I'm more like mid 30s hahahaha and assure a few I was a grandmother to 4 grandkids, they still didn't buy it .
I must go around adding years to myself for no reason other than to make myself look and feel older .
I wish i was still in my 30 but as much as I hate the ageing process, the 40s so far have been a bloody blast .
