I have 21 year old bear and have always tried to steer her away from the chemical side of life which thankfully she has ,yesterday she rang me and said dad watch europhia it really is about modern society and world us youngsters live in and if it wasnt for you I would have tried the drugs at the festivals I been going to since 16 so just wanted to say love you and thankyou but ignore ignore the explicit stuff I done that but played safe ,Guess what I'm a proud bloody dad just now but if you have a teenager watch this programme with them it puts a point across sensibly .....

Not at all kola I'm a cunt of a dad only been a part time dad I would say she has a real father but I'm her dad having been apart from her since she was 1 so would say dont strive to be me strive to be a parent who is in a dynamic of 1.1 24/7 in child life |

Tbh, I don't know of many people who haven't tried to steer their kids away from that side of life, yet they've ended up there anyway.
Posts like this seem to bring out the people who'll accuse someone of being a shit parent when that happens.

Not at all kola I been in her life part time since she was 1 ,every weekened and holidays until she was old enough to realise what was going on ,her step father who has lived with her mother for 20 years is her father ,luckily we both have brought her up ,your little pop as is irrelevant because yes I'm still dad of the year but couldn't have done it without the stepfathers support and vice versa |
