Posted this on the wrong forum. Meant it for a Scottish audience.
So I had a naughty liaison with an old friend on Sunday morning and she had music on in the background and it was all very good, quite sensual and going smoothly. Some modern classics and some old favourites got the tempo just right.
But then :::::::::
Underworld - Born Slippy came on. You don’t know it? Ok!
The theme from Trainspotting.
I totally lost my rhythm and got out of step and I got so caught up in the speed of the song I may have slipped out the inny and accidentally tried to access to the outy when she wasn’t expecting it. Needless to say a couple of choice words were aimed in my direction.
I had to stop myself from quoting Spud as that would have drawn a close to the afternoon.
So please share your preferred “pace maker” music to compliment your naughty cardio exercise?

Hahhhhhaaaaa howling at this can’t say I’ve ever had music in in the background tbh maybe had to alter the rhythm and pace when the kids are potentially awake etc but apart from that I think I would defo be distracted by music lol |

Not distracted one way or the other but I hate it when the tele is on!
Episode of The X Files on in the background with Mulder & Scully discussing some new alien life form as your own wee face hugger gets explored is sure to kill the moment. |

Ha! Unfortunate but very amusing incident there...
For the more sensual endeavour, I am partial to some Radiohead.. and for the not so sensual, NIN. Fantastic beats to fuck to (especially 'Closer')

Had a right chuckle at that, face hugger, lol! Personally I think Gillian Anderson is smoking hot, so having The X-Files on nearby might not be so bad!
