How do you cope when it's too hot at night to sleep?.... Apart from sleeping nude or kicking the other person outta the bed?

Anything above 21c can be too hot for some people so it certainly can be too hot to sleep in the uk for some.

It also doesn’t help when 2 people are hot and cant control their body temperature with or without covers.

Windows open and fans on helps a little but not really much can be done

Sleep in my boxers wjndo open and no duvet.. Wrap a cold wet towel round my feet.... Always works a treat..

I am littrialy a personal hot water bottle... more like a radiator to be honest.

I'm fantastic for those cold winter nights... but god damn during summer or any hot weather you do not want to cuddle up to me

My window is open probably 24/7 unless it's raining !
