Generally I go for a dad bod, but one of my good Fab friends has got the most ridiculously stunning body that I have ever had the pleasure of touching. Usually there is no way I would go near someone like that because it’s the polar opposite of me, but he is also a genuinely lovely guy with a great personality - that makes all the difference!  |

How about a Dad bod who indulges in the occassional work out? Broad and strong looking with a bit of cushioning. That's my favourite look. Ripped to within an inch of their life always gets a wee nod of appreciation from me, takes hard work but in the bed room it would make me self conscious.
Ladies...hourglass curves everytime. Smooth, softly defined muscles also a massive turn on. |

Love a gym bod but I’m a total sucker for broad shoulders and strong arms, however personality is the biggest attraction for me and you only have to look at a few of my exes to see that I’m not vain at all, my ex husband was extremely large and overweight but was his personality that I was attracted to, pity he was such a good liar lol
I’m not exactly the fittest or most attractive of females but I’m never intimidated by how a person looks, I’m more offended by the people who question how I managed to attract the more gifted of the opposite sex than someone who says sorry your not my type |

Not really bothered about someone's body as long as they are clean and are not completely over weight.

Very true I’ve spent years trying to boost friends confidence and for many of them they now have less hang ups I think for me it’s the fact I’m a tomboy and spent all my teenage years around boys that I just have a don’t care attitude, I didn’t go through the teenage girl make up and body image phase I was too busy getting out and climbing trees riding bikes and working on engines |

Most dad bods where I live
happen to be football or gym dad's and are fit, chiseled and healthy looking as are the woman sexy healthy looking .
So I do like that kinda dad bod. Hubby is athletic slim , healthy and been a dad for 24 years, so to me that's a dad bod. However he is a truckie but I keep him right with the right packed lunches and no junk food lol.
I don't like grampa bods lol
Fit and healthy is my preference definitely. |

It's eyes, rather than body shape, that does it for me and what's going on behind them. If there's a naughty twinkle there too, then that just attracts me even more. |

I'm my own worst critic when it comes to my bod sometimes. I'm currently sitting firmly in the dad bad group at the moment and go from OK with it to loathing it. Today is a good day tho
