Quite often i get first messages from men introducing themselves and asking what my name is. I feel bad but do not like giving out my name to men i have never chatted to before. Am i wrong to feel this way? |

just do whats right for you.
There are many on this site who would use personal stuff about you in a not so nice way so only give out what personal infirmation you want to as we all know this site is full of spiteful & nasty people  |

I wouldn’t say so, many people on here have a fab name and their real name, just out of a desire for privacy. You’ve chosen to call yourself bluebell and that’s what I called you when I first messaged. In time, if you’ve met someone a few times, you might chose to share your real name. I don’t see any problem with that |

I only give folk my real name once I’ve met them in person until then most folk will call me elle or violet actually quite a lot of fab friends still refer to me as both |

No you are well within your rights to keep your real name to yourself. Everyone is a stranger on here and until you meet someone and you are comfortable with them, only then you should say what your real name is. I have never given my real name to anyone unless I've met them so don't feel bad about it honey  x |
