We will be holidaying from Aug 9 to Aug 16 on east coast (travelling around) staying in some lovely castles and assorted accommodations

Fresh pineapple. Not tinned. Processed is not good for you in general plus it has added sugars and other ingredients which might change the taste , stick to the natural  |
