Play footie twice a week but other than that the last time I was in a gym was to help move stuff about for a party haha...

I’m always on the move and always have to be active I think that’s why I keep the unwanted pounds off mind you the wee Italian oot belly thing is starting to appear..........

I have 2 dogs so walk loads daily and also run a bit too. My job is very demanding and keeps me on my feet for hrs on end. This combined with a healthy diet keeps me slim and healthy.

I walk a lot for at least an hour as often as I can. I eat healthily too so the combination of the two really helps and I feel so much fitter for it x

Housework is great exercise. I do it to music. Simple things like washing the car and cutting the grass as well as hanging out the washing are all forms of exercise.

Yeah the hard work is not for everyone, plus depends on overall goals and what you want to change. Sometimes a wee stroll is nice

I go to the gym 4 times a week, and on my feet a lot with work. Sciatica set me right back last year and I've put on a bit of weight, trying to get it off again and not beat myself up too much about it

I swim with a senior club and still race on the odd occasions, I cycle most days and love to swing on here that helps keep me in shape but my only issue is I still like to think I am in my early 20s so need to slow it down abit..
