"I do no exercise whatsoever. I do eat as healthily as possible though. "
Housework is great exercise. I do it to music. Simple things like washing the car and cutting the grass as well as hanging out the washing are all forms of exercise. |

"Gym several times a week (weights) and a few HIIT session and calorie deficit diet ooooo the fun
I would rather walk outside in the fresh air."
Yeah the hard work is not for everyone, plus depends on overall goals and what you want to change. Sometimes a wee stroll is nice |

"Avoid shite food as much as possible.
Walk
Pilates
Kettlebells...all at home. The gym bores me.
Same. I have a cross trainer that gathers dust."
Makes an excellent clothes horse... |

I go to the gym 4 times a week, and on my feet a lot with work. Sciatica set me right back last year and I've put on a bit of weight, trying to get it off again and not beat myself up too much about it |

I swim with a senior club and still race on the odd occasions, I cycle most days and love to swing on here that helps keep me in shape but my only issue is I still like to think I am in my early 20s so need to slow it down abit.. |
