We're planning another fancy dress get-together for Halloween and are currently looking at venues and entertainment for Saturday 2 November.
We want to go bigger and better than the last one and we hope you won't mind paying a little bit more for the privilege!
Funds permitting, we're hoping to get live music, a DJ/announcer, live entertainment and a photo booth to capture all your scary costumes!
There will be a hot buffet and some awesome prizes to be won as usual!
We've also just had confirmation from Club Kudos that everyone who attends the social will get a free day membership and £5 off entry to Dundee's new club after the social. The club will be open until 3.00am!
All this for just £15 per person!
Full details will be announced as soon as we have booked a venue and entertainment and we're only looking for a non refundable deposit of £5 per person at this stage.
Depending on the amount of interest we may reduce the entry fee to £10 per person and forget about the live music, live entertainment, or both.

We'll need to know who the other place is for Heather. They must be a verified fab member and we'll need their username. You can PM their details if you want.
Payment details will be getting sent out once we book the venue.

Some people send a message to someone and if they get a no thanks or no reply they block them so they know not to message them again. Maybe that’s the reason |

Hi fab friends,
Really sorry we've been awol, work has taken over our lives lately
Unfortunately we are still yet to secure a venue for the social.
We're going to work on this over the next 2 days and hopefully have some good news by the end of the week.
Great to see so many of you are still interested. We'll try our very best to sort a venue this week so you can all go ahead and start getting ready for the social.

I dont think it looks like this is still going ahead, it’s late in the day now for people making arrangements for accommodation, child care etc. It’s only like 5 weeks or something away now from the original date mentioned. Shame as sounded good and was looking forward to it  |

Ok folks as there seems to be little info on the social rainy8 and i were discussing maybe doing a small scale drinks night out in town. Just gauging interest who would be up for Halloween fancy dress drinks on 2nd november in Dundee? |

Sounds like a good idea.we would possibly be interested depending on childcare. We both said last night after rainy8 posted that some one should organise a
Simple social get together .Some more regular gatherings on the go be good too,it's a great way to meet up with people you have been talking with and maybe meet some old and new faces. |

Yeah, we thought would be an idea since so many were interested in the original event. It is a good way to meet people in the flesh. And if original social does go ahead we could do pre drinks. Only 4 weeks till the original date, not long at all for getting organised with childcare, accommodation etc. |

Sounds like a great plan rainy. Me and my wife have a hotel booked already so are coming to Dundee. It would be great to meet up with other people if the social never went ahead we would be up for meeting x |

We're disappointed to have to say this but we couldn't get a suitable venue for this event and we won't be going ahead with it.
Thanks for all your support and we hope that this won't put anyone off attending our next venture.
