Craig tara is a lot better. I went to Haggerston and left a day early. If your wee one is young tho they will love anywhere. Also agree with the guy above, you'll be cheaper going abroad |

Karen I’ve been to Craig Tara once with my boy staying at a relatives van and lasted about ten mins lol !! A fight broke out at the eating place between two young kids about 11-12 yr old and I tried to stop it and one pulled a knife out on me so I collected my son and left haha |

"Went few years back and it wasn’t the best. Pretty rough. Friend went last year and found it even worse. Wouldn’t go back.
" Haggerston has just spent millions on the new complex that only opened to the public two weeks ago

Was at Hagerston last October and had a good time with my 10 yr old.
Activities can be expensive so allowed him to pick 5 although we booked through sun newspaper holidays so got a good deal on the caravan. There will be kids club as well just my wee one didn’t go to them.
We dont go for the entertainment at night except a short time on the machines in the complex.
Swimming is free though. |

"Hope you have a great time regardless where you go... School hols are long enough "
Im lucky hes not at school the now still few years to go. Taking him abroad for the week would be hardwork on my own. Got plenty of time to take him abroad and have fun. |

Went a few years ago when the kids were very small.
Caravan was manky and found a used sanitary towel under the bed.
Lots of screaming kids and pished parents not bothering their arse with them.
Maybe better now. |

It’s a good site and loads to do but one of the more expensive parks I’ve been to, depends if your kiddo mixes well or hangs at your side tbh if happy to go off and make new friends great but if not then can become very expensive keeping them entertained |

In my opinion best one to go to is grannies heilan hame caravan park in embo beautiful sand beaches amazing scenery not too far from Inverness and the site is lovely and clean and because it’s so out the way tends to be a quieter park as far as trouble etc and the locals on the village are nice too, my bff lives there’s but it is a bit of a trek but but a few beautiful routes to get there |

"Southerness just outside Dumfries or Auchenlarie plenty to do. Mabie Farm Park & cocoa bean company near both x"
Kinky which one do you go to? As there is two right next to each other and the first one is brill the second one towards the Lighthouse is like the caravan park equivalent of Shameless lol |
