Hiya folks, got a friend who wants to try some outdoor fun but is very nervous. Ant recommended places for both day and night fun?

I'm not even sure where to start. Know a coupke of places but they're more fir dark winters nights or a thrill of being caught

Walkhighlands website or forestry commission website are both good sites to find walks, then just a case of going off path into a secluded glade.
