Does anyone know a decent country pub with good food or somewhere by the sea? Primarily looking around fife/lothians/Stirlingshire areas but don’t mind Perthshire or the borders as long as it’s not too far away.
Preferably a good ploughman’s on the menu would be great too - not the ‘poncy shite’ that someone has seen on bloody masterchef

Decent food and beer garden and ideally located from the places you've mentioned."
I’ve been past it loads of times but not had a chance to stop. Thanks for that, next time I’ll have to find somewhere to park |

Not right on the shore but No 12 Quality Street in North Berwick is amazing. Been there a few times.
Longniddrty inn is good.
The Hawes in the ferry too is decent enough.
Double tree in NQ doe great food though may be on the arty farty side. Good views. |
