That only part of Blantyre Farm Road you would go is the old road to old monastery Greyfriars just as you approach the red bridge from uddingston. But that’s always busy with dog walkers and the odd car etc. The whole road is generally very busy though. The car park on it is small but frequently occupied |

There is a bit that has a little pond like thing with picnic stuff very secluded from the main road obviously if out door fun is your thing
And as for dog walkers and stuff you could get that anywhere I suppose
Only suggested there as it's not to far from where the OP was looking lol |

Farm road isn't any good for "boy racers" as you put it take it from a strathycruise girl back in the day and if it makes you feel better I'll remove my previous post wouldn't want you upset |
