Umm don't go 
It's not all about clubbing the beaches are stunning. Get a car and go for a drive and discover a beautiful island,it's small enough to do it in a day but if your there for a week take your time.
For a special place to eat go to Bambudahha Grove on the way to San Juan.
Ibiza Town during the day or people watch during the evening.
Salinas beach bar Sa Trinxa.
Es Vedra.
Calla Vadella.
Playa San Miguel or San Vincent
Benarus beach
Calla Bonita beach bar for a very chilled location.
The list goes on and on enjoy .
