Depends how central you want. Campanile I think is reasonable, has parking, close to m8 and train |

Most hotels have rooms that double as meeting rooms, I’ve used premier inns a couple of time as they’re handy to me |

It's a meeting for 3 folks... only needs a desk and chairs and wifi but everywhere seems to be over 100 for a day which seems a bit much.
