read recently in forums re angry people because their pics had been rejected on there profile.we also had someone threatining all sorts in chatroom for same thing
we uploaded a pic last night in support for the scotland teams world cup game.pic in question....st.andrew cross,we displayed it as our avitar pic for 3 hours or so,then ghanged it after we got beat.
have just gone through our pics just now only to find it has been rejected ???????....reason being...cartoon/famous person/copyright.....
surely some mod is taking the pee here, this rejection takes the biscuit for us.....unless someone can tell us the st.andrews cross has a copyright against it.....michael n cat.... |

It is to encourage members to use pics of themselves apparently.... but on a wee aside, the St.Andrews cross is copyright protected! I tried to incorporate it into my business logo some years ago when I was self employed, only to be told by my business advisor that I would have to pay a licensing fee for it's use lol.

Well encouraging members to use pics of themselves doesn't work, as a certain couple's profile pic has for weeks been a lovely seascape scene!!
And not allowing St.Andrews Cross or Lion Rampant is plain daft! I use a St.Andrews as an avatar on several forums and have never had any issues with it. |

Each pic when viewed individually has a report button next to it, if you do this admin will review it and will be removed.
