Hi, what’s everyone’s thoughts on the amount of verifications people have?

I’ve been told from some people that I have too many and it’s of putting. (Bearing in mind I have been on the site for a few years)

I find more than have a dozen puts me off. Anything less is fine. I actually think for guys looking for women they don't really add anything but definitely give you reason to not meet them. Its interesting to see if the guys a woman has met have been round the site shagging everybody, a real put off. But of course in the non fab (real?!) world you wouldnt have a clue who someone's been with..

I can't say I am put off by numbers. Sometimes it's content or some of the people they have met. However mostly that's my own insecurities that I can't complete

Not really an off put for me as I have noticed alot of people have just socials plus it's a sex/swinging site built around the people meeting so defeats the purpose if no one met

I’ve 200 verifications over 8 years. Works out at 25 in a year! Mostly from socials so can easily get a few at the same party.

I could easily hide my summary and veris and remain a woman of mystery lol.

Verifying is about confirming a person is real and turns up etc.

If a person has loads of veris you usually find most will be through socials anyways.

I have to agree with this, when first here I never would have judged anyone but as time has gone like doggy and rightly or wrongly I find myself thinking hmmmmm at certain things. Agree too with the poster who said really you don't know what folk are doing

Many verifications is a good thing for us if they are in person ,shows they turn up and do what it says on the tin .Its the endless list of cam verifications that bore us ,anyone can get their bits out on cam and look amazing and tease

Im keen to explorer why? Because in my mind unless it's written passively and because the writer wants to write to of their own free will rather than written merely because someone keeps asking for one then it's probably not going to be very accurate.

So it's not a dig. I'm just curious why to some people they are so important?? Do they just need an ego boost and like reading how good (debatable if written under duress as not one writes a bad one) they are in bed? Is it to demonstrate that they have met a certain couple or individual?

Personally I seldom write a verification, and I'd only do so if it was accurate and I meant it. I'm also more about discretion tbh and I wouldn't want anyone getting grief simply because they'd met me for a social. Wouldn't do much for their fab cred!

I have been asked to give a verification a couple of times. I usually don’t mind but in once instance he messaged me again within a short period of time. I did explain I was at work. In those instances I write a bland verification.

Maybe Fab should create a scoring system like trip adviser

Was his / her pictures acurate 3/5

Was he/ her punctual 5/5

How likely would you meet him / her again 0/5

Etc etc

Then all meets add to a total overal *** system

Not open to abuse as it could become only valid after maybe 5 veris. And if all communication is done through Fab including aranging the meet then that stops 5 random people claiming they met him or her as nothing would show on messages back and forth. Hence no false veris.

If after 5 meets you only have a 1 * rating outa 5 you can safely assume yer a fannie or a knob lol.

Verifications I used to think they took time too get and usually they came from organised socials and genuine meets but when you start to see them appearing on new peoples profiles within 1hr off joining and returning people asking ( if you remember me , verify me ) they now just mean fook all to me

Was he/ her punctual 5/5

How likely would you meet him / her again 0/5

Etc etc

Then all meets add to a total overal *** system

If after 5 meets you only have a 1 * rating outa 5 you can safely assume yer a fannie or a knob lol. "

This would entirely destroy my chances of another meet

What do you see them as? Something to hound women who you've met for so you can display it?

A verification should be a passive thing. If someone wants to leave one of their own will not something they should be hounded for. That way it would be accurate!

Let's face it most verifications are a pile of shite, you leave me one and I'll copy and paste you one too! They're not worth shit except to see who to avoid.

I won't meet anyone with more than 4 sex veris showing on their profile.

Show however many you want to. It will attract compatible people and put off those who aren't.

I would not worry about it personally to much as the lady below your answer said people using as excuse !or maybe the individual(s) that’s say that living in a fantasy world? Just my opinion! And you have said been in a few years so yeh course you gonna meet individuals in that space of time , and also as ladies and gents have pointed out maybe just a social meet which increases verfication number but a positive thing as it makes you out for real as some on this just love talking the talk but waste other people time and have been informed a lot of guys waste ladies time which is wrong obviously, so would not worry what others think and keep enjoying Fab ! By the way I’m jealous as fxxx lol kidding mate ! And yeh agree with a certain lady on this some go over the top what they write in verification, should keep it short and simple after all just to prove the individual is real person and not fake
