I have a problem, i keep getting harassed by someone. Everytime I block the profile they just make a new one. Do I ignore and carry on as I have or is there a way to block their ip xx |

This is difficult to deal with I think but have you reported it each time to Admin, I think there is debate about if they can or can't entirely block someone but worth a try???  |

just block each time you suspect its tbem be thankful they at least remain a twat it would suprise you how many of the lovely fab folk are actually returning shitstains  |

There's no ideal solution. IP blocking doesn't stop people using different WiFi and therefore a new IP address.
You could block messages from non-site supporters. If they have to pay to keep harassing you it might serve as a deterrent.

the issue is trying to prove its the same person? I have a similar situation where I a believe I am contacted by somebody that I had a messy break up from, I block them and the next day I am contacted by a random women out of the blue who has a 1 day old profile, I block again, profile is deleted and then same a again a few days later (as a man you dont really get random messages from single women.. so kind of know its the same person) |

I just ignore it and haven’t even bothered to block anymore, I’ve got a few that continually do it and check up on me but if I let it bother me then they would win, more fool them wasting such precious time 
Personally I’d much rather live my life and move on that spend so much time and effort stalking someone it’s totally pathetic and will eat away at them more than it does you |

Just ignore.
They will get fed up eventually.
I have the same guy look at my profile between 10/15 times a day every day lol
Obviously nothing better to do.we arranged to meet a few yrs ago and he stood me up so no clue what his thinking is?
Same as winks same guy winks me everytime I delete his wink you would think he'd take the hint but nope lol. |

Wouldn't let it get to you there is a lot out there that have nothing better to do with there time than harass others.

I had this happen to me some years back. I just kept reporting and blocking and eventually he disappeared for good. It's not a nice feeling being harassed like that. I hope you're ok OP x |

Yeah this in a way depends on wether someone is showing appreciation by always messaging you but it’s more annoying than anything, in the cases of being “stalked” and it encroaching on private lives is very few and far between, sadly it’s all too common nowadays with technology and social media. If it gets to the point it’s really making someone feel ill or anxious then a call to the police or a nice letter from solicitor soon sorts it out !! |
