Place you as being on a swinging site??
We can all chat naughty with certain friends, workmates etc when out or some in family (prob same sex) know your not quiet  when chatting away to a lady or guy in the past.
Some friends might know you have a few toys or in HW case been to a few Ann summers parties lol but how many think that you like in our case to have fun with others and be on a site like fabs ??
For us , NO ....although most , not family know I’m a boob man  and HW likes bearded fellows  but all would certainly not place us on here having extra fun 
Obv answers will be different due to singles and cpl aspects but interesting anyway |

Workmates.....definitely not as sex is not something I would discuss with Male or female colleagues in the environment I work in. Family?
Don’t think my sister would be overly shocked as my ex wife blabbed to her during our divorce about my “tendencies” (COW) and I think my wee mammy would have me down at the Pineapple for an exorcism if she knew half the stuff I had engaged in over the years.

Depends what your definition of swinger is it's kind of lost what it used to represent.
The word swinger used to refer to couple swapping
Previous to that it referred to folk in the 60s and 70s who lived as I see it the carefree lifestyle of sexual liberation lived life to the full.

No way would my family and friends guess I am on here! I just laugh when a guy chats me up at nights out so even joining fab was pushing my boundaries.
I’m a church goer and helper, school volunteer for 20 yrs, motherly type who had only been with one guy till I was 45 so think many people would be shocked but to be honest I have the type of family and friends that they wouldn’t judge if it was discovered. Quite a few of them would be glad I’m doing it as long I’m being safe

Having said that, my friends think it's highly unsafe. Queers are used to knowing who they are fucking, having discussions about safe sex beforehand, knowing a persons past lovers/hookups etc. FS is like russian roulette to them, as is the straight world. |

We've had a few digs from my (Tom's) brother's and their pals , with inference that we are swinger's.
Usually laugh it off, then tell them I went to a wife swapping party once, ..... I got a lawnmower and a Black n Decker drill! Thought I got a good deal!
Usually kills any more questions.

To be honest i dont think they would be surprised. Im a bit of a dark horse so they are probably more surprised just now thinking im living a quiet life. My mother would kill me though but hopefully everyone else would be glad to see me doing something that makes me happy. |

No one among friends or family know. Very much a personal thing. Only people who know are those ive met on scene and even then I keep that very limited.
Always wary of those who are way too public about it. Discretion is important to me. |

My parents know I am on "a casual sort of sex site and not a normal dating one", and a couple of female friends know I am on here. To them, they didn't make much of a fuss when I told them, as I think they think I'm a pretty relaxed, liberal and open guy who is pretty "tech-y", so an internet site for finding casual sex fits their view of me.
But not telling any guy friends about this place and making the ratio on here any worse! |

I was just talking about this with someone this morning
No way could I share this with most of my close friends or family although I think some are getting suspicious
I only have 1 person I can talk to about it and that's because I have took him to meets with me before if someone has requested it.
We had done mmf in the past in our younger days long before fab so I know I can trust him |

What stats are you referring to?
The longer I spend here it's obvious it's a lot of the same folk fucking each other in an extended circle. You still have the random element though.
The queer world is still pretty small. Usually 2/3 degrees of separation if you've certain interests. It's also partially rooted in a distrust of straight men and the bullshit they sometimes spout just for sex. |

Every so often we can’t help but mention small things lol the husband of the couple seems a tad excited....like the thought his wife’s prob got a good f**k due to our little snippets ( of course nothing too personal)
