Playa de Fornells, Menorca. It’s on the north side of the Island and is absolutely stunning. Went 5 years in a row and never once had a bad time. Just don’t expect all the amenities you would find in your usual holidaymaker hotspot - loads of supermarkets and pubs/bars with English speaking landlords. Wee bit of heaven in my view.
