Have you ever had known some one for a while as an online person and meat them in real life and thought your a good guy not a wank.

I was at a geek meet up yesterday and meet people I have known for year but never met in person and someone I thought was a total bell end was a great laugh.

Shows you might not show your best self online or maybe just be misunderstood

Exactly, online sometimes very far from how we imagine or perceive people, I've been so wrong on many occasions, but also been right on the opposite lol with them being nice online, but total dicks face to face

That's the problem with the written word though, always open to misinterpretation. Add to that the nature of this site...a lot of folk will be trying to project a certain persona to attract potential partners but end up looking like a fud.

Not just this site that had nothing to do with swinging dating just a group of nerdy geeky people meeting

I unfortunately show my best side online so anyone meeting me is disappointed as I usually think about what I say before I post but don’t always think about what I say before I speak!

Far too modest to post what I was going to post.

I'm lovely in real life, merely misunderstood.
