More sleep is all that fixes me, even when it's that room slightly spinning, uncomfortable sleep. Tons of water though and fatty food helps. As I've got older my hangovers have got so bad I barely drink now

Sadly there’s no fast fix though no harm in trying all of the above . I only get them occasionally and I don’t even drink .

Salt is honestly the best thing for a hangover. Anything that you eat, put loads of salt on it.

A wee lie in helps probably but i dont usually get hangovers since i changed my drinks of choice to just a couple bottles beer and lots of Glayva.

So a cooked breakfast followed by a sleep, 3 tramadol, 2 litres Irn Bru and just demolished a chicken curry n chips with ketchup.

This for me, the water and greasy breakfast helps but more sleep usually sorts me
