Nah.
It was the big thing a while back and hailed as a quick fix for anybody with any problems in that area but I think it can do more harm than good in the long run, disrupting bacteria etc which your body actually needs. Turns out I'm more likely to gluten intolerant (endoscopy ruled out celiac) so a few tweaks of my diet have helped me out now.
But if you get your rocks off at the thought of a stranger putting a hose full of hot water up yer bum then go for it....expect a running commentary though..."...sweetcorn for dinner last night? " |

An enema can function in a similar way.
Rather thatln a quick douche for cleaning in advance of anal play, a full 1ltr bag can help with expelling deep within.
And of course a little butt plug and stimulus can make it interesting..... during and after..

Yes I’ve had several in the past and helped me no end, got sick of taking medication and always up the hospital, I felt amazing afterwards and tbh I now know that if I get really bad I can do a home enema. It’s something I’d defo recommend |

I had to lose some weight quickly once and gave colonic hydrotherapy a try. It was an unusual and rather uncomfortable experience. You get told to expect to see things you may have swallowed as a child to come out, it isn’t unheard of for bits of lego etc to make an appearance. |
