Th first time i heard "Everybody Hurts" by REM, not only hairs standing on end but a tear or 2 thrown in.
I also love " Will You" by Hazel O'connor. The sax solo has hairs standing on end for sure.

As a youngster i sang in a junior chior and did a solo on sunday morning radio of amazing grace. my late mum loved the song. and i cant even listen to the song now without the hairs on my neck standing up and i just cant hold the tears back. (i cant sing at all now)
