Is this a euphemism for something? If not, it should be:
“Where’s Dave?”
“He’s away down the computer shop getting a new keyboard, he sneezed on his steering wheel watching porn”
Or
“Could you pass the baby wipes, dear, I seem to have sneezed on my steering wheel”
