So, tell me, given that there are not really any dancings out there any more just night clubs
Showing my age now....
do people still ask to ask you to dance or is that a thing of the past?
Curious, I love to boogie but would not have a clue where to go other than cj’s dancefloor on a Saturday night for a night of dancing and drinking |

The last time I was out at the “ dancin “ as I was walking down towards Argyle st I looked up at the big screen above central station and thought I remember when the wee Irn Bru guy neon sign was up there . Not going out again lol . It’s seems like you don’t ask to dance you more dance next to them then join in if they don’t want to dance with you they move off from you . |

If I want to dance when I'm out I just get up and dance. Do quite miss being asked to dance though....dunno whether I'm too old, if it's not the done thing now or I'm just a shite dancer |

A great place to dance is Glasgow Oprey if you’re a couple, all the bands play a mixture of slow and fast tracks, big dance floor to strut your stuff and If you’re brave enough you can always try a wee line dance with the regulars, oh and it’s cheap drink, would be good venue for a themed social. Very popular for organised nites out, always tables reserved for larger groups |
