Hey guys and girls,
I’m looking to drop a few pounds in the next month or so and have decided that some running will definitely help!
Be it longer, slower runs or some short and sharp sprints then it’s got to help, right?
My question is...
Anyone wanna get involved? Mutual motivation, well initially for 4 weeks or so, can’t hurt can it? lol

Get in touch with inverclyde a.c.,they could possibly have a joggers group run through jog scotland.
The club I run for in the borders has just recently started one up |
