Yes completely tv friendly. Only thing your not allowed to do is use the lockers for changing in.

I'm rarely in Edinburgh, did that used to be called Ambassadors Rainbow or something? Looks very similar to a place I've been before.

I have been to a couple of saunas in Glasgow and the one in Edinburgh, and I have seen cd/TV in all of them occasionally.
