I'm always confused as to why on sites like these single men are rarely invited to parties? As a single female who isn't bi...... Does not meet couples  who is there for meeee at the party 
Party holders are always crying out waaa waaa for single females to attend and scratch your balls heads fannys whatever as to why they can't get many interested single females. It ain't rocket science invite more single guys and you may be surprised to see a Lil more interest in single fems

thanks for this post! I totally understand people's preferences and why they might block single men from sending messages etc.... there's a heck of a lot of dodgy guys on here (not me of course!) BUT what I can't stand are all the profiles shouting out NO SINGLE MEN. SINGLE MEN STAY AWAY! WE HAVE ENOUGH! WE'LL FIND YOU! etc. etc. We aren't lepers you know! |

Re blocking. I'm not talking about single women's preferences. I'm talking about str8 single women getting no choice as some couples or bi folk tend to eliminate single guys from their parties. But still want single fems showing up?
Also believe me as I'm sure your aware there are many dodgy fems on these sites too. Not just the guys. Btw I am a fem not a guy with a fake fem profile lol
And before anyone gets all upset I am not referring to all party holders |

Hey Cherry, could'nt agree more with your view. The parties we have been to, thankfully there has been 4 or 5 single men there. If we were to hold a party depending on no's we would definately invite afew kind and polite single men.
Hope this improve's and single straight women are not left out. |

Well done to all the posers above.It gets very disheartening a lot of the time when you see this.When looking on a profile I`ll always read and respect.I`ve been close to giving up a couple of times but there are some great people to get to know.Be it just chatting,meeting for a drink or whatever.As one of the postings said it`s not just dodgy single guys on here.I`m a decent,respectful,honest,funny intelligent guy...I know what you`re thinking.We`ve only got your word on that one.Well why not check out the verifications I`m sure that`s one of the reasons they`re there..they won`t mind being asked what they`re like.I put quite a lot of time in on the site.....probably too much at times.But I do try to get involved in chatting,social events and posting on the forum.Don`t think these are the actions of a dodgy single guy.....well I hope not!! |

Well done Cherry - Wise words indeed.
Here's a thought as well - how many couples that use the 'NO SINGLE MEN' shout on their profile are in fact really voicing the preferences of the man in the couple?
Obviously, it's unlikely that there will be any such couples who will openly support this view in this forum!
However, I (as I'm sure many others do) know they exist. |

I guess at the end of the day…. its the party hosts preference on who they invite, whether that be decided by their sexuality or their gender.
Maybe the bi-fems that they want to attend want to go to a party to explore their Bi side…. so not so much interested in been too many men there (other than the males of other couples).
Maybe, they see no point in inviting a straight fem to their party, after all, they may well be inviting people that they can pottentially play with, not others. So if they aint gonna invite any straight fems, no need to have too many (if any at all) males there too.
Obviously, im talking house party scenario here.

its good to finally have a post like this on here and not from a guy because if a guy had put it on he would have been ripped to shreds. he would have had every name under the sun its good to see how much backing this is getting to. myself being a single guy I find it hard to get a meet and have thought about going to a social but I don't really want to travel a million miles to go to one. and i think some one should arrange a social just for singles. |

The issue isn't straight gems not being invited. I'm talking about party hosts who want single fems but don't want single men. Most party hosts WANT single fems. However what I am saying is....... Who is there for the single fems who ain't bi and don't want couples. Eliminating single guys is eliminating the very group that most folk want...... Single fems |

Well done Cherry for bringing this topic to the forum as it frustrates the hell outa me as well.... 
Would agree though its the choice of the party holder totally who they have at there home...and i think that comes down to trust as well... but mixed parties seem to be thin on the ground imo..
There are also the single guys that have parties that only want fems and couples there...and again his choice as its his home but cracks me up as he is a single guy himself... 
As for us we do host the occasional parties at ours to which we have had couples, fems and single guys there...oh and tv also ( gotta watch them though as the one i had stole half ma wardrobe hehehe  )
We do like single guys though at parties and it wouldnt be our choice to go to them if our choices were limited regardless if we play or social...
Hope im no rambling too much but i think you will get what im saying

just wanted to say there are also str8 couples out there only looking for single guys so totally agree cherry. mind the socials on fab seem to be first come first served which is good - down side is not many single guys seem to go, given they are the largest group on fab |

Appreciate reading a thread about something apt and dealing with ways to "up" the fun for all.
Easy to get all specific about "party perfection",as most say "cool, lets have couples and women" and probably think you have the perfect ingredients for a wild one.

I mean whats next... a sex party just for straight single guys, with no women allowed, no couples allowed - yeah that would be a great party wouldn't it. |

Well, having read all that, think I am going to have to arrange a party andf redress the balance. Agree with original post and have always wondered what happens in the minds of people who arrange parties. I would never go where not wanted but it can get frustrated as not pushy or disruptive and think a few individuals have spoiled it for the rest of the single guys. Will keep u all posted on party idea. |

If the people hosting the party don't want to invite single guys then it's their right to do so.
If you don't agree with it then maybe try hosting one of your own. That way you can invite whoever you want into your home. |

We prefer couples and women; it's just our preference just as we do not want TV/TS/Smokers/Watersports/Scat/pain etc.
There is nothing wrong with single guys it's just not our thing.
The reason we have it in capitals is because of the regular messages from single guys asking for a meet and then hurling abuse at us, calling us timewasters etc when we point out that we don't want single guys.
Some can be very nasty and abusive and often drop off the site after posting the abuse.
Putting it in capitals has mostly worked but we still get the occassional message. We would block but we have some single male friends on here. |

I am a single guy who hosts parties so perhaps I can explain my criteria when setting out an invite list. My first concern is that the people who attend will feel comfortable in the environment. I always aim to have one or two single females and one or two single men, I don't have any stipulation on the Fems sexual preferences. The other big concern is safety. You are inviting people into your house in an intimate setting some of whom you have never met before. Therefor I do limit the amount of single men and tend to prefer those that have been recommended by friends of mine or people who have attended the parties before and I am confidant that they will be respectful. I know that this makes it a catch 22, how can single men get to meet people if they are only there if they are recommended by people they have met??? But safety is paramount. At my last two parties single males have turned up who I did not invite and did not know. As with most on this site, discretion is upmost to me and my guests. I think that someone organising a singles party is a great idea, also to point out that cj's has her greedy girl nights where single men are encouraged. But i do admit that it is difficult getting the correct balance at parties. |

Having attended a party last night with a single man hosting, we feel it is their right to choose who attends. Couples attend, but they dont all play together.
You as a person has a right to choose to attend or not, personally we dont care what single fems/males attend. If theres someone we are attracted to? We will play, as individuals.
Not everyone seeks single fems..

Single guys are fine! It's the couples that can be a bit offish to me. I have been round to some couples when I classed myself as straight, and they tell me on arrival that I was to not touch the man but go with the woman. When I was purely guy only, it was a bit cheeky!
Has to be said, the single guys have always treated me better than the couples, NOT DISSING YOU ALL, but sometimes you can be scary lol |

Re those who aren't grasping my point. Single women as we know on these sites are like gold dust. But don't complain about not getting enuf single fems to your parties. If you ain't gonna have some candy for us. Not alllllll single fems are bi or wanna be with the male half of a couple. I feel if I'm being honest. Single men are eliminated as a way perhaps of couples anticipating getting some action with a female or an even better laff a single male host being a greedy bas lol. We all have our preferences, but need to think about the preferences of your guests too. And that Is alllllll  |

You think there would be someone there for you if they invited a few single men?
What are the chances you would be interested in the single men going?
Probably why couples look for single BI fems and not straight ones...

as one very lucky guy going to one of cherrys nights out last year,i can honestly say i had the best night out,totally enjoyed myself and went home happy as larry-lol,cherry any parties your thinking of organising please put me on the list

There is one simple answer to your problem. Hook up with a single guy who you can go to parties with, i am sure you would have no problem finding one. Same for guys find a single Fem for parties then you will be able to go to all the parties .

Cherry, I'm one of the ones who gets what you mean - that basically the parties could cater more for single women by having single men there.
I totally agree with you and would go further and say that many clubs should have have singles nights as well. |

Hate to say it but i thought this is a swingers site and swingers hold party for swingers ( couples who swap partners )and not so singles can meet other singles, You have more sites than you can shake a stick at for that.
Some couples like to invite singles to a party to add spice to the evening. |

Aah right is it?? So this site ain't for singles too then. Btw I'm not saying for one minute that I want an only singles party going on. I enjoy the company of couples and have met lots of lovely couples from here. What I'm saying is that at parties as a single str8 fem who does not want to borrow a guy for the night just so I can have a couple status..... I would like some more single guys to be present also. I'm sure there are also some couples who also like to have fun with single guys. So let's not eliminate too much. My kinda party would be even distribution of single fems single males couples tvs. Now that's my kinda partttttyyyy xx |
