At night time I have to have an open window and hlass or bottle of water. Is this normal? Id feel cooked if I didn’t have the window open

I like the window open too, and the heating has to be off thru the night, feels too hot and stuffy otherwise and I can't sleep

No heating, with radio on low.

Can't sleep in stuffy, airless modern boxes.
